The Veneto Region representative invited as a speaker
The European Commission and the European Committee of the Regions launched on 28 March the High Level Event of the Partnerships for Regional Innovation (PRI) “From playbook to implementation” as a bridge between smart specialisation and other EU policies to promote innovation-driven territorial transformation.
The participants were the Authorities of the 74 territories and world-leading experts in place-based innovation and territorial development. Commissioner Gabriel, Commissioner Ferreira and the Chair of the European Committee of the Regions Commission for Social Policy, Education, Employment, Research and Culture, Tanya Hristova, attended this daylong event as well.
The Veneto Region which is an active member of the Partnerships for Regional Innovation initiative, was invited to speak in one panel through its Scientific coordinator to explain the Veneto region Smart Specialisation Strategy.
