The cluster's objectives concern developing systems, equipment, and components to produce and store energy with high efficiency, regulate air conditioning, and produce hot water and steam, both for sanitary use and for heating buildings. It carries out projects to manage them intelligently and to minimise their environmental impact. The cluster's companies can provide distinctive and complementary expertise to realise and promote real intelligent cities and buildings. In this sense, the cluster will realise thematic and organised studies thanks to the contribution of research organisations. In addition, key enabling technologies relating to nano- and microelectronics and linked to information and communication technologies will play a significant role in this area and contribute to increasing the rational use of indoor climate control.
