The Smartland cluster aims to enhance tourism in Veneto and to develop models to improve the offer. The cluster faces challenges from technological and social transformations that require companies to innovate their business model. It redesigns the value chain, gathering subjects from different sectors, who can make available data and helpful information to generate value. Collecting, storing, analysing, reprocessing and sharing data can improve the tourist offer by outlining customers' expectations for greater customisation of new products, services and experiences.
